Ron Feder
Ron Feder, Principal of RJ Feder & Associates also serves as Senior Managing Director at Peak Commercial, Inc. in a strategic alliance that offers the full spectrum of commercial real estate services to the Southern California investment community. Mr. Feder brings a 30-year track record of success to the partnership inclusive of real estate investments for all commercial sectors, owner-user acquisitions and divestitures, as well as expertise in industrial, NNN, and office property leasing.
Mr. Feder consistently ranks among the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties top performers in Southern California commercial real estate transactions. His operating philosophy, “Service Beyond Expectation,” has earned Mr. Feder a loyal following of clients ranging from individual investors to family trusts, small, mid-sized and large corporations.
Mr. Feder’s extensive experience identifying value-added and above-market-cap-rate acquisition opportunities and his transactional know-how has made him an invaluable resource to clients seeking properties in both local and regional markets and to 1031-exchange buyers requiring very quick turnaround.
Among his more notable transactions, Mr. Feder has represented one of his many loyal investment clients, Kids from the Valley LLC, in the acquisition of more than 650,000 square feet of properties with a total value in excess of $135 million over the past nine years. Included among the transactions Mr. Feder executed were two retail centers and two industrial buildings.
As several of the transactions involved 1031 exchanges, Mr. Feder identified off-market as well as listed properties to expedite the transactions.
RECOGNITION
Mr. Feder served as President at Lee & Associates, LA North, Inc. for 7 of his 13 years with the firm. Prior to joining Lee & Associates® Mr. Feder established and operated an independent commercial real estate brokerage. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Associate Vice President at Daum Commercial Real Estate Services. Mr. Feder began his career in 1988 with a regional commercial real estate firm. Joined Peak Commercial in 2021.
