Jessica Chamberlain

that’s exactly the point.
With a real estate license earned in 2009 and over 15 years of hands-on industry
experience, Jessica built her career from the ground up in property management, working
alongside owner-operators and third-party management companies across office,
industrial, and retail assets. That foundation gave her something rare: the ability to see
commercial real estate from every angle; through the eyes of an owner, a tenant, and an
investor all at once.

Her career path has been intentional. After working with Ron Feder, a commercial real
estate broker early in her career, Jessica expanded into property management, sharpening
her expertise in property performance, and owner/client strategy. Today, she brings both
sides of the business together to offer clients a level of insight and service that’s genuinely
hard to find.

Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mom of two who loves cheering her kids on at softball
and baseball games, shopping, and listening to music. Earlier this year, she completed a
24-mile hike through the Grand Canyon to the remote village of Supai, reachable only by
foot, horse, or helicopter, where she visited Havasu and Mooney Falls. It’s the kind of
challenge that says a lot about who she is: determined, adventurous, and never afraid to go
the extra mile
